| Using Ricoh eService in Firefox. Ricoh eService can be used in Firefox using an extension called IE Tab. It can be downloaded and installed from here : https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1419/ Once installed and you have restarted Firefox, goto the Tools menu and select IE Tab Options.
On the sites Filter tab, in the URL field type "https://eservice.ricoh.co.uk" and then click the Add button and then OK.
Close Firefox again and reopen it. You are now able to view the Ricoh eService website within Firefox as shown below.
